When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your fellow customers, please call or text as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $150, whichever is more.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered in the event you are unhappy with the results, due to the cost of products that have been used in the treatment.  Also as stated in our consent forms, "I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed.  I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of body being treated, post treatment care.  I understand I may require multiple treatments to obtain the desired results."  

However, we promise to always be there for each and every one of our clients as well as to do our best to give you the results that you seek and deserve. We also promise to be upfront and honest with you and know that we can expect that same respect in return.   

Our gift cards/ certificates can be purchased at our office, over the phone or online through our website at www.faceitaestheticsbykala.com. Gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable for services.  They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards/ certificates.  Face It Aesthetics by Kala is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards/ certificates.  However, we will do our best to assist in the event one is lost or damaged. The value of the gift card/ certificate may be exchanged for services. Gift cards/ certificates are not valid for gratuities.

Insurance is not accepted and will not cover cosmetic services such as those offered at Face It Aesthetics by Kala. Due to this, services that we provide are considered to be "out of pocket" and 100% the responsibility of the client.  We do accept HSA cards as long as a VISA logo is present on the card allowing it to be run similarly to a credit/ debit card.

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure that we bring you the most recent and greatest technology as well as best treatment techniques.  Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. We will however do our best to let you know if we know ahead of time when changes are coming.  Our practice works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e. Aspire, Alle, and Xperience) to offer rewards points to clients for previous services rendered or to access gift cards that were purchased through the manufacturer's website.   Our practice also offers a Referral Rewards Program which  allows a client to receive $50 off of a service if they have referred someone new to Face It Aesthetics by Kala and there is no limit to how many referral discounts you can receive as long as they meet the following NEW requirement.  The NEW client must receive a service of $150 or greater to qualify you for the Referral Rewards Program.  This is a new requirement as of January 2025 and will be the standard going forward.  We are so thankful for our clients and sending someone to us is the BEST gift you can give us so we definitely want to say THANK YOU!! 

We love our clients and will go to great lengths for you, however Face It Aesthetics by Kala reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.  We know you will not EVER give us a reason!! 

All major credit cards are accepted.  We also accept Care Credit, Affirm, Venmo, Cash, and Checks with proper identification.  Gift cards/ certificates for Face It Aesthetics by Kala are welcomed.  

A 3% credit card fee will be added for all Credit Card charges.  

Touch Up after Toxin treatments will be scheduled as a "follow up" appointment and will be completed 2 weeks (14 days) to 3 weeks (21 days) after the initial appointment. The client may receive complimentary touch up Toxin above eyebrows of no more than 4 units.  If the client requires additional units in other places due to the muscles requiring more Toxin there will be a charge for those units.  If a client waits after 3 weeks (21 days) to 4 weeks (28 days) there will not be a complimentary touch up as Toxin is a treatment that requires certain scheduling of administration to give the client the best results.  NO touch ups will be given after 4 weeks due to the reasoning stated above.
